How many photos do you typically provide?
For most 2-3 night stays, I provide a curated set of 20–25 fully edited, high-resolution images. With that, I can capture a good mix of interior and exterior spaces, architectural details, and contextual imagery that reflects the experience of the property.
What types of images can we expect?
In general, I always aim for a mix of the following:
- Interior spaces, including private spaces like suites and shared spaces like lobbies
- Exterior spaces, including entryways, patios, and general architectural details
- Lifestyle shots that capture an iconic guest experience with a human touch, like coffee in the room or rooftop drinks
- Detail shots, like interesting textures, materials and design vignettes
- Contextual imagery, like a street shot that reflects the neighborhood experience
What is your usual turnaround time for delivering photos?
I share your curated photo gallery within 7 business days, so your marketing, PR and social media teams can use them right away!
What format and specs do you use for sharing photo files?
If you have a specific preference or request, let me know. Otherwise, I generally share a Dropbox link that contains two sets of identical images.
Digital set:

- Resized: Long edge to fit 3,100 px
Print set:
- Format: JPG, 300 dpi, sRGB

Do you include any additional information to help our teams maximize content?
I always create file names to represent what is actually in the image — for example, cordillera-ranch-pet-amenities.jpg — which automatically helps your teams skim for what they need, and can even be part of your SEO strategy.
What are the terms for usage of your images?
Your property/brand, plus an authorized PR representative if you have one, receives a non-exclusive license to use the images across your website, social media, email marketing, and press or PR materials. I retain copyright, and images won’t be resold, transferred to third parties, or used in paid advertising without separate permission. Photo credit is always appreciated, but not required.
